HIS employs a highly skilled and innovative engineering team to augment decades of experience in conceptualizing, designing, manufacturing, and delivering quality solutions to the most complex challenges. Our team is hands-on with every step of the process from start to finish. Our solutions are fully compliant with ISO, UL, CE, and SEMI standards, among others.
HIS designs and manufactures electro-mechanical systems for a variety of semiconductor applications, including sub-fab and fab level solutions. Our flexible and modular platforms are utilized throughout the factory lifecycle from construction to sustaining and retrofitting activities. We assemble and test against the customer specifications, applicable SEMI standards, and provide ISO 9001:2015 documentation.

Our stainless steel fabrication shop is staffed with AMSE Section IX Position 6G Certified welders to ensure that your product is of the highest quality and accuracy from start to finish.
We take the time and attention on each order to make sure that your components are tested and inspected to the appropriate specifications that you require. Our QA/QC team will verify that all components are suitably packaged and identified.
